At My Flow Tail we believe moving shouldn't have to feel like a lesson. Sometimes it's a lion roaring in the living room. Sometimes it's balancing together and toppling over with laughter. Sometimes it's three slow breaths before bedtime.
We make small, personal tools that turn moments like these into something children recognize as entirely their own.
The founder's story
"Come on, let's move a bit." — total silence.
Getting kids on board to move isn't always easy. "Come on, let's do a yoga pose" works about as well on most kids as "come on, let's clean your room." You can feel it as a parent right away: this is going to be one of those moments I'm into, and they're not.
Until it stopped being my activity and became their world. Not "do the lion pose," but "Emma's Brave Lion" — the lion from her story, roaring in her jungle. Kids don't step into a lesson. They step into an adventure where they get to play the lead. And suddenly, enthusiasm is the easy part.

Where it comes from
That discovery — that personalization is the difference between "having to join in" and "wanting to" — became the start of My Flow Tail. Small tools woven with a child's name, dream world and favorite heroes, so moving, breathing and slowing down naturally feels like play.
Why this brand exists
Days with kids move fast. Between school, work and screens, there's little time left to slow down together. We wanted to make something that doesn't turn this into a big project: small enough to do today, beautiful enough to keep.
That's why personalization is woven into everything we make. When a child sees their own name on the cover, moving suddenly becomes something of their own instead of something they have to do.
My Flow Tail is young and in an early testing phase. We deliberately share our first products with a small group of parents, so we can make them better together.
