Who we are
This website is operated by My Flow Tail. Once the company is officially registered, its registered office and company number will be listed here. You can reach us via the contact page.
Testing phase (early access)
My Flow Tail is currently in a testing phase. Signing up for early access is non-binding and free: it is not an order and creates no purchase obligation, for you or for us.
Prices and products shown on the website are indicative and may still change before the official launch.
Orders (once the shop opens)
An order is final once payment is confirmed and you have explicitly approved the personalization during checkout.
Please check the spelling of names carefully: we make the product exactly with the spelling you confirm.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are clearly shown before payment.
Personalized products and right of withdrawal
Because our products are custom-made according to your specifications, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to personalized products (art. VI.53, 3° Belgian Code of Economic Law). The final legal wording on this will be confirmed before launch.
If something goes wrong on our side — a printing error that's ours, a defective product — we will of course fix it. Read more on our returns page.
Intellectual property
All text, illustrations and designs on this website and in our products are the property of My Flow Tail and may not be copied or used without permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep the website correct and available, but cannot guarantee flawless operation. Our liability is limited to what the law allows; nothing in these terms excludes consumers' statutory rights.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes should preferably be resolved together first — feel free to send us a message via the contact page.
